Rotomoulding

FIXOTRON

The Fixotron range includes the classical rotomolding machines. The indirectly fired, independently indexing machine has a very unique hot air recirulation system. The Fixotron range is offered in six sizes and has 5 stations, one oven, two loading / unloading stations and two cooling stations.

ROTOFREEDOM RANGE

The Rotofreedom range of economy rotomolding offers an efficient, modern, low investment means with different useful combinations. The Rotofreeedom range is a shutting oven rotomolding machine, which comes in various sizes ranging from 2500, 6000, 8000 liter. The Rotofreedom fits in limited space and is very robust and carousal mounted.

CAMROCK ROCKROLL

Fixopan offers the rock-n-roll rotomoulding machines ranging from One hundred liters to one hundred thousand liters.

PULVERISORS

Fixopan offers following models of Pulverizors of high quality sturdy machines, which range from 6.5 kg/hr to 250 kg depending on the size of granules temperature, type of mills and the mesh of the particles required. Our Pulveriser afford a commendable performance and durable features.

Moulds

Fixopan has specialized in the technology and offers the facilities to its machine clients. Fixopan designs the molds on its AutoCAD facility and the design offices. Apart from existing range of moulds, Fixopan has been constantly developing new moulds to meet the needs of its clients.

Sheet metal

Fixopan offers steel sheet molds in stainless steel & mild steel for any part.

Cast aluminum

Fixopan has manufactures a large number of parts in cast aluminum molds for toys or highly radiused / curved parts; this mold can be easily designed and made.

Plastic Products

Fixopan also specializes in making plastic pallets and other custom made material handling products for various industrial applications. We also offer tailor made pallets of any size and load bearing capacity.
